宫内节育器放置的影响因素研究进展

宫内节育器是一种常用的放置在子宫腔内的避孕装置,被广泛应用于女性避孕。其作用机制为带铜宫内节育器中的铜离子使子宫内膜的无菌性炎症反应加重,并干扰着床必须的酶系统活性,不利于受精卵的着床及囊胚发育,从而达到避孕的目的。近年来随着人们观念的改变以及避孕措施的多样化,宫内节育器的使用率呈现出降低趋势。影响宫内节育器放置的因素较多包括人口文化水平、医疗水平、医疗政策等。本文对宫内节育器放置的影响因素进行了相关文献复习,在此做一简要综述,以期为临床工作提供一定的参考。

Influencing Factors Relevant to Intrauterine Contraceptive Device Placement

Intrauterine device is a commonly used intrauterine contraceptive device(IUC)placed in the uterine cavity,which is widely used in female contraception.The mechanism of action is that the copper ion in IUD with copper aggravates the aseptic inflammatory reaction of endometrium and interferes with the enzyme system activity necessary for implantation,which is not conducive to the implantation of fertilized eggs and the development of blastocysts,so as to achieve the purpose of contraception.In recent years,with the change of people’s concept and the diversification of contraceptive measures,the use rate of IUD has shown a downward trend.
