甲状腺结节不同分型钙化临床诊断中应用超声检查的价值评析

摘    要:目的:探讨甲状腺结节不同分型钙化应用超声检查的诊断价值。方法:选取2017年4月~2018年9月本院收治的80例甲状腺结节患者作为研究对象,采用彩色多普勒超声检查仪进行检查,按照钙化结节特点分为Ⅰ型钙化、Ⅱ型钙化、Ⅲ型钙化、Ⅳ型钙化,其中经术后病理确诊良性结节为105个,恶性结节为60个,评估分型钙化与病理检查关系。结果:经超声检查后良性结节中Ⅰ型钙化共15个、Ⅱ型钙化共25个、Ⅲ型钙化共16个、Ⅳ型钙化共49个;恶性结节中Ⅰ型钙化共39个、Ⅱ型钙化共19个、Ⅲ型钙化共2个、Ⅳ型钙化共0个。超声诊断确诊率与术后病理诊断确诊率相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:超声技术应用于甲状腺结节不同分型钙化诊断中具有较高的临床价值,可通过不同钙化类型结节区分良恶性,继而为疾病诊断提供重要依据。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of thyroid calcification of different types of thyroid nodules with ultrasound.Methods:80 patients with thyroid nodules admitted in our hospital from April 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects.The color Doppler ultrasonography was used to examine them.According to the characteristics of calcified nodules,they were divided into typeⅠcalcification and typeⅡ.There were 105 benign nodules and 60 malignant nodules diagnosed by postoperative pathological calcification,type III calcification,and type calcification.The relationship between type calcification and pathological examination was evaluated.Results:There were 15 types of calcifications in benign nodules,25 types of calcifications,16 types of calcifications,and 49 types of calcifications after ultrasound examination.There were 39 types of calcifications in malignant nodules andⅡThere were 19 type calcifications,2 type III calcifications,and 0 type calcifications.There was no significant difference between the confirmed rate of ultrasound diagnosis and the confirmed rate of postoperative pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound technology has high clinical value in the diagnosis of different types of thyroid nodule calcification.It can distinguish benign and malignant tumors through different types of calcification nodules,and then provide an important basis for disease diagnosis.
