应用球囊扩张宫颈促宫颈成熟的临床效果观察

目的:探讨应用球囊扩张宫颈促宫颈成熟的效果。方法:于2018年1月~2019年1月,选自本院应用球囊扩张宫颈促宫颈成熟的临床效果观察孕妇共50例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组为25例,对照组采用传统引产方法,静脉滴注2.5U缩宫素;观察组采用子宫颈扩张球囊方法进行引产。比较两组患者宫颈成熟度和剖宫产率。结果:观察组治疗后宫颈成熟度明显增加,与治疗前对比,P<0.05;观察组治疗后宫颈成熟度明显更高,剖宫产率明显更低,与对照组对比,P<0.05。结论:子宫颈扩张球囊在促宫颈成熟中的应用效果确切,能够有效地提高自然分娩的成功率。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Cervical Dilation with Balloon Dilation

Objective:To explore the effect of balloon dilation on cervical cervix and cervical maturation.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,a total of 50 pregnant women were selected from our hospital to observe the clinical effects of balloon dilation and cervical cervix maturation.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The group adopted traditional labor induction method,and 2.5U oxytocin was infused intravenously;the observation group adopted cervical dilation balloon method to induce labor.Cervical maturity and cesarean section rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The cervical maturity of the observation group increased significantly after treatment,compared with before treatment,P<0.05;the cervical maturity of the observation group was significantly higher after treatment,and the cesarean section rate was significantly lower,compared with the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of cervical dilatation balloon in promoting cervical maturation is effective and can effectively improve the success rate of natural delivery.
