激光治疗牙体牙髓牙周病的临床疗效

目的:对激光治疗方案对牙体牙髓牙周病变进行治疗的效果探究.方法:观察组所有病例来自2017年4月~2018年10月到本院口腔科接受治疗的牙体牙髓牙周病变患者,共48例,选择同期来本院口腔科接受牙体牙髓牙周病变治疗的另外48例患者作为对照组,确保两组调查对象的基线资料基本一致.对照组采用常规的根管治疗联合常规药物干预,观察组患者进行激光疗法治疗,比较两组患者采用不同治疗方法的治疗效果.结果:观察组的有效治疗患者为46例,治疗总有效率为95.83%,对照组有效治疗患者38例,治疗总有效率为79.17%,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,存在统计学差异性;观察组出现3例不良反应患者,发生率为6.25%,对照组存在不良反应12例,发生率为25.00%,观察组明显比对照组低,P<0.05,存在统计学意义;对两组患者的疼痛进行比较,观察组为(1.25±0.13)分,对照组为(2.71±1.04)分,P<0.05,存在统计学差异性.结论:对牙体牙髓牙周病变患者治疗时,通过激光疗法进行治疗的效果明显优于传统的根管治疗联合药物治疗,可以有效地提升治疗的总体效果,降低不良反应发生率,促进患者疼痛的缓解.

Clinical Effect of Laser Treatment of Dental Pulp and Periodontal Disease

Objective:To explore the effect of laser treatment schemes on the treatment of periodontal lesions of the dental pulp.Methods:All cases in the observation group were from April 2017 to October 2018.All patients were treated with periodontal lesions of the dental pulp and periodontal disease in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital.The other 48 patients treated with periodontal disease of the pulp were used as the control group in this paper to ensure that the baseline data of the two groups of respondents were basically the same.For all subjects in the control group,conventional root canal therapy combined with conventional drug intervention was used.The observation group was treated with laser therapy,and the treatment effects of the two groups of patients under different treatment methods were compared.Results:In the observation group,46 patients were effectively treated with a total effective rate of 95.83%.In the control group,38 patients were effectively treated with a total effective rate of 79.17%.The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.P<0.05,there is a statistical difference;there were 3 adverse reactions in the observation group with an incidence of 6.25%,and 12 adverse reactions in the control group with an incidence of 25.00%.The observation group was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05,There was statistical significance;the pain of the two groups was compared,the observation group was(1.25±0.13)points,the control group was(2.71±1.04)points,P<0.05,there was statistical difference.Conclusion:When treating patients with dental pulp and periodontal disease,the effect of laser therapy is significantly better than that of traditional root canal therapy combined with drug therapy,which can effectively improve the overall effect of treatment,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote patient pain.
