24小时动态心电图在心律失常患者中的临床价值分析

目的:分析24h动态心电图检测心律失常的价值。方法:挑选2017年12月~2018年12月本院收治的90例心律失常患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,各组45例。对照组采取常规心电图检查,观察组接受24h动态心电图检查,对比两组检查效果。结果:观察组的室性早搏阳性率60.00%,远高于对照组的22.22%,同时房性早搏、心动过速、心房过速、房颤、室颤、传导阻滞的检出率也均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD检测值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用24h动态心电图检查心律失常患者,有着突出的优势,诊断率高。

Clinical Value Analysis of 24-hour Dynamic Electrocardiogram in Arrhythmia Patients

Objective:To analyze the value of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram in detecting arrhythmia.Methods:90 patients with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine electrocardiogram examination,while the observation group received 24h dynamic electrocardiogram examination,and the examination effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The positive rate of ventricular premature beats in the observation group was 60.00%,much higher than that in the control group(22.22%),and the detection rates of atrial premature beats,tachycardia,atrial tachycardia,atrial fibrillation,ventricular fibrillation and conduction block were also higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).SDNN,SDAN and RMSSD in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram in arrhythmia patients has prominent advantages and high diagnostic rate.
