320排螺旋CT血管成像在双下肢动脉狭窄闭塞性疾病诊断中的应用

目的:分析320排螺旋CT血管成像在双下肢动脉狭窄闭塞性疾病诊断中的应用。方法:在2018年5月~2019年5月选取本院接受320排螺旋CT血管造影成像检查的100例患者作为案例进行研究分析。所有患者均接受320排螺旋CT血管造影成像检查。总结100例患者的检查结果。结果:100例患者均存在一定程度腹主动脉粥样硬化表现。100例患者中合并腹主动脉瘤患者6例,髂总动脉狭窄患者26例,髂内与外动脉狭窄患者28例,闭塞患者6例,股动脉狭窄患者46例,闭塞患者7例,颈前后动脉狭窄患者23例,多动脉多发节段型狭窄患者26例。结论:320排螺旋CT血管成像在下肢动脉狭窄闭塞性疾病诊断中的应用价值显著,能够准确判断患者的下肢动脉狭窄闭塞性疾病方面的作用明显,并且对患者的辐射影响较小。

Application of 320-slice Spiral CT Angiography in the Diagnosis of Occlusive Disease of Lower ExtremityArterial Stenosis

Objective:To analyze the application of 320-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of occlusive disease of lower extremity arterial stenosis.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,100 patients who underwent 320-slice spiral CT angiography were selected as a case study.All patients underwent 320-slice spiral CT angiography.Summarize the results of 100 patients.Results:All patients had a certain degree of abdominal aortic atherosclerosis.Of the 100 patients,6 had abdominal aortic aneurysm,26 had common stenosis of the common stenosis,28 had stenosis of the internal and external stenosis,6 had occlusion,46 had stenosis,and 7 had occlusion.There were 23 patients with arterial disease and 26 patients with multiple arterial multiple segmental stenosis.Conclusion:320-slice spiral CT angiography has a significant value in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial stenosis and occlusive disease.It can accurately determine the diagnostic effect of patients with lower extremity arterial stenosis and occlusive disease,and has less impact on patients’radiation.Promoted in the clinic.
