在手术室医疗设备维护保养中应用新常态护理管理模式的效果探析

目的:在手术室医疗设备维护保养中采用新常态护理管理模式,分析其应用效果.方法:本院2018年3月开始在手术室医疗设备维护保养中实行新常态护理管理模式,对比管理模式实施前1年(2017年3月~2018年2月)和实施后1年(2018年3月~2019年2月)两个时间段的不良事件发生率以及护士维护保养手术室医疗设备考试成绩.结果:实施新常态护理管理模式以后,本院手术室不良事件发生率显著降低,护士维护保养手术室医疗设备考试成绩明显提高,对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论:在手术室医疗设备维护保养中,应用新常态护理管理模式能够有效降低不良事件发生率,改善维护保养效果.

Analysis of the Effect of Applying the New Normal Nursing Management Mode in the Maintenance of Medical Equipment in the Operating Room

Objective:To analyze the application effect of the new normal nursing management mode in the maintenance of medical equipment in the operating room.Methods:In March 2018,the hospital began to implement a new normal nursing management mode in the maintenance of operating room medical equipment,comparing the one year before the implementation of the management mode(March 2017 to February 2018)and the one year after the implementation(2018 March to February 2019)Adverse event rates and nurses’maintenance of operating room medical equipment test results in two time periods.Results:After the implementation of the new normal nursing management model,the incidence of adverse events in the operating room of our hospital was significantly reduced,and the test scores of the nurses in maintaining the operating room medical equipment were significantly improved.The contrast difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the maintenance of operating room medical equipment,the application of the new normal nursing management mode can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the maintenance effect.
