血糖仪监测在老年糖尿病患者血糖管理中的应用效果

摘    要:目的:对血糖仪监测在老年糖尿病患者血糖管理中的应用效果进行观察与分析。方法:本次实验研究的对象为老年糖尿病患者104例,其接受治疗的时间在2018年3月~2019年3月,根据其血糖管理方式的不同分为两组,运用血糖仪监测的52例患者作为试验组,给予常规血糖仪监测的52例患者作为常规组,对比分析两组患者的血糖管理效果。结果:试验组与常规组患者监测后空腹血糖与餐后2h血糖水平均有明显改善(P<0.05),且试验组患者的改善效果显著优于常规组患者(P<0.05),两组患者监测前空腹血糖与餐后2h血糖无明显差异(P>0.05);试验组患者对血糖管理的满意程度明显高于常规组患者(P<0.05)。结论:在为老年糖尿病患者进行血糖管理的过程中血糖仪监测的运用,可以将其空腹血糖与餐后2h血糖控制在更加合理的范围内,提高了患者对血糖管理的满意程度。

Abstract:Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of blood glucose meter monitoring in blood glucose management of elderly diabetic patients.Methods:The subjects of this experimental study were 104 elderly diabetic patients whose treatment time was from March 2018 to March 2019.According to the different methods of blood glucose management,they were divided into two groups,and 52 patients were monitored with a blood glucose meter.Patients were used as the test group,and 52 patients monitored by the conventional blood glucose meter were given as the routine group,and the blood glucose management effect of the two groups of patients was compared and analyzed.Results:Patients in the experimental group and the conventional group showed significant improvement in fasting blood glucose and 2 hours after meals(P<0.05),and the improvement effect of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between fasting blood glucose before monitoring and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose(P>0.05);patients in the experimental group were significantly more satisfied with blood glucose management than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of blood glucose meter monitoring in the process of blood glucose management for elderly diabetic patients can control their fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose within a more reasonable range,and improve the patient’s satisfaction with blood glucose management.
