严重产后出血应用球囊压迫宫腔联合治疗的效果

目的:探讨严重产后出血应用球囊压迫宫腔联合治疗的应用效果。方法:从本院在2017年1月~2018年12月收治的产妇中选择92例严重产后出血的患者作为本次研究对象,通过随机分组后,将产妇分为观察组和对照组,每组有46例患者,对照组采用在宫腔内填塞纱布的方式进行治疗,观察组则采用球囊压迫宫腔的方式进行治疗,观察比较不同方式治疗后的手术时间和总治疗时间。结果:观察组所用的操作时间要明显低于对照组所用的操作时间,两组之间对比所产生的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗的总时间要明显短于对照组患者治疗的总时间,对比差异明显,形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗严重产后出血的患者时,采用球囊压迫宫腔的方式进行治疗,不仅止血效果显著,而且也能够降低手术操作的时间和治疗的总时间,临床治疗意义明显。

Effect of Combined Balloon Compression on Intrauterine Cavity for Severe Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objective:To explore the effect of combined balloon compression and uterine cavity treatment for severe postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:From the women admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,92 patients with severe postpartum hemorrhage were selected as the subjects of this study.After randomization,the women were divided into observation group and control group Group,with 46 patients in each group,the control group was treated with gauze stuffing in the uterine cavity,and the observation group was treated with balloon compression of the uterine cavity.time.Results:The operating time in the observation group was significantly lower than the operating time in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total time of treatment in the observation group was obviously shorter The total treatment time of the patients was significantly different,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with severe postpartum hemorrhage,balloon compression of the uterine cavity is not only effective in hemostasis,but also can reduce the time of surgical operation and the total time of treatment.The clinical treatment is significant and worthy of promotion and reference.
