妇科炎症感染中微生物检验及全自动分析仪应用效果探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨微生物检验方法在妇科炎症感染中的应用及效果.方法:选取经过妇科临床医生确诊的炎症感染患者100例,时间为2016年6月~2018年6月两年内,采用随机抽签的方法将其分为A组与B组,每组50例.A组患者微生物检验方式为凝聚法,B组患者微生物检验方式为培养法,通过比较两组患者阳性的检出率,确定检验效果,进而对微生物检验方法的应用效果进行评价.结果:A组患者阳性44例,阳性率为88%,B组患者阳性43例,阳性率为86%,两组阳性率比较无显著差异(P>0.05).结论:对妇科炎症感染患者通过凝聚法和培养法进行微生物检验,两种方法检验准确性均较好.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application and effect of microbiological testing methods in gynecological inflammation and infection.Methods:Subjects,a total of 100 patients with inflammation and infection confirmed by a gynecological clinician were selected.Within two years from June 2016 to June 2018,were randomly divided into group A and group A.Group B,50 cases in each group.The microbiological test method of group A patients was the agglutination method,and the microbiological test method of group B patients was the culture method.The test results were determined by comparing the positive detection rates of the two groups of patients,and then the application effect of the microbiological test method was evaluated.Results:44 patients in group A were positive,with a positive rate of 88%,and 43 patients in group B were positive,with a positive rate of 86%.The positive rate was not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion:Microbiological examination of gynecological inflammatory infection patients by coagulation method and culture method,both methods have good accuracy.
