SOP流程在器械消毒过程中院感防控价值研究

目的:探讨SOP流程在器械消毒过程中院感防控价值研究.方法:随机抽取本院在用医疗器械500件,2018年1月~2018年11月实施常规的院感防控,设为对照组;2018年12月~2019年10月实施S O P流程院感防控,设为观察组.对比两组器械在不同管理下的防控效果.结果:消毒合格率、灭菌合格率,观察组均高于对照组,院内感染发生率,观察组低于对照组;器械灭菌评分、器械质量评分,观察组高于对照组,细菌检出个数,观察组低于对照组,两组患者的组间数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:器械消毒过程中院感防控采用SOP流程,能有效地提升器械灭菌合格率,提升器械质量,进而降低院内感染的发生率,可提升工作效率.

Study on the Value of SOP in the Hospital During the Disinfection of Equipment

Objective:To investigate the value of SOP process in the hospital’s sensory prevention and control during device disinfection.Methods:500 cases of medical devices were randomly selected,and conventional hospital sense prevention and control was implemented in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2018,and they were set as the control group;the SOP process was implemented in our hospital from December 2018 to October 2019.The hospital sense prevention and control was set up as a research group to compare the prevention and control effects of the two groups of instruments under different management.Results:The pass rate of disinfection and sterilization were higher in the study group than in the control group,and the incidence of nosocomial infection was lower in the study group than in the control group.The number of the study group was lower than that of the control group.The comparison of data between the two groups of patients showed that this study was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of device disinfection,the hospital’s sensory prevention and control adopts the SOP process,which can effectively increase the qualified rate of device disinfection,improve the quality of devices,reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections,and improve work efficiency.
