SPECT/CT融合图像对骨转移瘤的诊断价值分析

目的:分析SPECT/CT融合图像对骨转移瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2017年5月~2018年4月本院收治的疑似骨转移瘤患者80例,所有患者均给予全身骨显像(WBBS)及SPECT/CT检查。对比两种检查在骨转移瘤中的诊断价值。结果:SPECT/CT在诊断骨转移瘤诊断价值高于WBBS,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SPECT/CT融合图像在诊断骨转移瘤中具有较高的应用价值,诊断符合率、特异度、灵敏度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均较高,可尽早的对病情进行诊断,为临床早期治疗骨转移瘤提供指导。

SPECT/CT Fusion Imaging in the Diagnosis of Bone Metastases

Objective:To analyze the value of SPECT/CT fusion image in the diagnosis of bone metastases.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 80 patients with suspected bone metastases admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to April 2018,all of whom were given systemic bone imaging(WBBS)and SPECT/CT.The diagnostic value of the two tests in bone metastases was compared.Results:The value of SPECT/CT in diagnosing bone metastases was higher than WBBS,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:SPECT/CT fusion image has high application value in the diagnosis of bone metastatic tumor,with high diagnostic coincidence rate,specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value,which can diagnose the disease as early as possible and provide guidance for the early clinical treatment of bone metastatic tumor.
