宫颈息肉样病变应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床价值

目的:分析宫颈息肉样病变经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床价值.方法:将2017年6月~2018年10月本院妇科收治的48例宫颈息肉样病变患者作为本次研究对象,所有研究对象均进行阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,记录相关诊断数据,分析阴道彩色多普勒超声的诊断准确率和影像学特征.结果:经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断,宫颈息肉患者48例,通过经宫颈活检、术后病理诊断,证实了46例,超声与病理诊断符合率95.83%.在本次研究中,30例合并宫颈囊肿,10例合并宫颈肥厚,8例患者宫颈黏膜粘连.本次研究,经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断发生宫颈息肉的误诊1例,漏诊1例.结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查可有效提升宫颈息肉的临床诊断率,不仅操作简便、安全无创,还可以有效弥补妇科检查的诸多不足,在宫颈息肉样病变诊断中具有重要价值.

Clinical Value of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Cervical Polypoid Lesions

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of cervical polypoid lesions.Methods:Forty-eight patients with cervical polypoid lesions treated in our gynecology department from June 2017 to October 2018 were taken as the subjects of this study.All subjects were subjected to vaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination,relevant diagnostic data were recorded,and vagina was analyzed The diagnostic accuracy and imaging characteristics of color Doppler ultrasound.Results:Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was performed in 48 cases of cervical polyps.46 cases were confirmed by transcervical biopsy and postoperative pathological diagnosis.The coincidence rate of ultrasound and pathological diagnosis was 95.83%.In this study,30 patients had cervical cysts,10 patients had cervical hypertrophy,and 8 patients had cervical mucosal adhesions.In this study,one patient with cervical polyps was misdiagnosed and one patient underdiagnosed by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.Conclusion:Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can effectively improve the clinical diagnosis rate of cervical polyps.It is not only easy to operate,safe and non-invasive,but also can effectively make up for many deficiencies in gynecological examination.
