微螺钉支抗种植体和传统强支抗正畸法用于口腔正畸的疗效对比

目的:探讨口腔正畸治疗过程中使用微螺钉支抗种植体和传统强支抗正畸法的临床效果.方法:选择本院收治的48例成人双颌前突的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各24例.微支抗钉为观察组,传统的Nance托+横腭杆(TPA)强支抗为对照组.矫治前后拍摄曲面全景片,头颅侧位定位片,并对头影测量结果进行统计学分析.比较上中切牙角度的改变量、上唇突点距审美平面改变量和第一磨牙前移量.结果:观察组的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),上中切牙倾角改变量、上唇凸点距审美平面改变量和第一磨牙前移量优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对正畸治疗过程中使用微螺钉支抗种植体患者面型改善效果明显,不良反应低,安全可靠,临床使用良好.

Comparison of Therapeutic Effects Between Micro-Screw Anchorage Implant and Traditional Strong Anchorage Orthodontic Method in Orthodontics

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of micro-screw anchorage implant and traditional strong anchorage orthodontic method in orthodontic treatment.Methods:48 adult patients with bilateral anterior commissure admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object,and 24 cases were randomly selected and respectively set as control group and research group.Micro-anchorage nail is the study group and traditional Nance bracket+TPA strong anchorage is the control group.Curved panoramic radiograph and lateral cephalometric radiograph were taken before and after correction,and the cephalometric measurement results were statistically analyzed.The change of upper incisor angle,the change of upper lip protrusion from aesthetic plane and the advance of first molar were compared.Results:The treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the changes of upper and middle incisor inclination angle,upper lip convex point distance from aesthetic plane and first molar forward movement were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Micro-screw anchorage is effective in improving the facial morphology of patients with implant during orthodontic treatment,with low adverse reactions,safety and reliability,and good clinical application.
