支撑喉镜下行声带息肉摘除术的方法与疗效探究

目的:探讨支撑喉镜下行声带息肉摘除术的方法与疗效。方法:选择2016年1月~2018年12月本院收治的90例声带息肉患者,随机分组。对照组选择电子喉镜声带息肉摘除术,研究组选择支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术。比较两组患者声带息肉摘除总有效率;声门闭合时间、正常发音时间、声带肿胀消失时间;治疗前后患者声门标准化嗓音能量水平、基频微扰水平;咽部黏膜损伤的发生率。结果:电子喉镜声带息肉摘除术组总有效率低于研究组,P<0.05;研究组效果、声门标准化嗓音能量水平、基频微扰水平、声门闭合时间、可正常发音的时间、声带肿胀消失时间、咽部黏膜损伤的发生率和对照组比较有优势,P<0.05。结论:声带息肉患者实施支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术可获得较好效果,可有效加速患者的康复进程,改善发声,降低疾病的咽部黏膜损伤的发生率。

Study on the Methods and Efficacy of Vocal Cord Polypectomy under Support Laryngoscope

Objective:To explore the methods and effects of vocal cord polyp removal under laryngoscope.Methods:Ninety patients with vocal cord polyps treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly selected.The control group chose electronic laryngoscopy for vocal cord polyp removal,and the study group chose to support laryngoscopy for vocal cord polyp removal.The total effective rate of vocal cord polyp removal was compared between the two groups;glottic closure time,normal articulation time,and disappearance time of vocal cord swelling;normalized voice energy level and fundamental frequency perturbation level of patients before and after treatment;and incidence of pharyngeal mucosal injury.Results:The total effective rate of the laryngoscopy vocal cord polyp removal group was lower than that of the study group,P<0.05;the effects of the study group,glottic standardized vocal energy level,fundamental frequency perturbation level,glottal closure time,time for normal pronunciation,The time of disappearance of vocal cord swelling and the incidence of pharyngeal mucosal injury were superior to those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Patients with vocal cord polyp can achieve better results by performing vocal cord polypectomy under support laryngoscope,which can effectively accelerate the patient’s rehabilitation process,improve vocalization,and reduce the incidence of diseased pharyngeal mucosa damage.
