比较分析动态心电图、常规心电图诊断冠心病的临床价值

目的:对比分析常规心电图、动态心电图在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称,冠心病)诊断中的应用价值.方法:选取2015年1月~2019年1月在本院接受治疗的30例冠心病患者为研究对象,根据患者入院治疗先后顺序将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组接受常规心电图检查,观察组应用动态心电图检查,对两组患者检查结果进行比较分析.结果:在心肌缺血阳性检出率以及心律失常阳性检出率方面观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在冠心病临床诊断中,与常规心电图相比较,动态心电图能提高临床诊断准确性.

Comparative Analysis of the Clinical Value of Dynamic Electrocardiogram and Conventional Electrocardiogram in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To compare and analyze the application value of conventional ECG and dynamic ECG in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:Thirty patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of hospital admission treatment.The control group received conventional ECG examination.The observation group applied dynamic electrocardiogram examination to compare and analyze the examination results of the two groups of patients.Results:The positive detection rate of myocardial ischemia and the positive detection rate of arrhythmia were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional ECG in the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease,dynamic ECG can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and has higher application value.
