支撑喉镜与纤维喉镜手术治疗声带良性病变的疗效分析

目的:研究支撑喉镜与纤维喉镜手术治疗声带良性病变的疗效。方法:自某院收治的声带良性病变患者中选取108例作为研究对象,按照随机双盲法将患者分为参照组与研究组,每组各54例,参照组患者接受支撑喉镜手术,研究组患者则接受纤维喉镜手术,就两种治疗方式的治疗效果展开对比分析。结果:研究组患者的治疗有效率与参照组患者相比并不存在显著的统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组患者的不良反应率与参照组患者相比并不存在显著的统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:支撑喉镜与纤维喉镜手术治疗声带良性病变的临床效果并无显著差异,均能起到较好的治疗作用,可以根据患者的个体差异选择合适的术式进行治疗。

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Suspension Laryngoscope and Fiber Laryngoscope in Treating BenignVocal Cord Lesions

Objective:To study the curative effect of laryngoscopy and fibrolaryngoscopy in the treatment of benign vocal cord lesions.Methods:108 patients with benign vocal cord lesions admitted to a hospital were selected as the research object,and the patients were divided into a reference group and a research group according to a random double-blind method,54 patients in each group.The patients in the reference group received laryngoscope surgery while the patients in the research group received fibrolaryngoscope surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two treatment methods were compared and analyzed.Results:There was no significant statistical difference in the treatment efficiency between the study group and the reference group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no significant difference between the clinical effects of laryngoscope and fibrolaryngoscope in the treatment of benign vocal cord lesions,both of them have good therapeutic effects,appropriate surgical methods can be selected according to the individual differences of patients.
