分析在血液分析仪检测中末梢血常规与静脉血常规检测结果

目的:研究并分析在血液分析仪检测中末梢血常规与静脉血常规检测结果。方法:选取在本院门诊健康管理中心进行健康体检的128例体检者为研究对象。选择血液分析仪对所有体检者均实施末梢血常规检查和静脉血常规检查,比较两组血液结果中的白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血小板(PLT)和血红蛋白(Hb)等指标值。结果:静脉血组的白细胞、红细胞以及血红蛋白等检测值,显著低于末梢血组的检测结果,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,在血小板方面,静脉血组的检测值明显高于末梢血组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在进行血常规检测时,静脉血常规的检测指标显著优于末梢血的检测指标,可在临床上建议,运用血液分析仪进行静脉血常规的检查,进一步保证血常规检测的准确率与有效性。

Analysis of Peripheral Blood Routine Test and Venous Blood Routine Test Results in Blood Analyzer Test

Objective:To study and analyze the results of routine peripheral blood routine and venous blood test in blood analyzer.Methods:128 physical examination subjects were selected from the outpatient health management center of our hospital.Blood analyzer was selected to carry out peripheral blood routine examination and venous blood routine examination for all physical examinees,and the index values of white blood cell,red blood cell,platelet and hemoglobin in the blood results of the two groups were compared.Results:The detection values of white blood cells,red blood cells and hemoglobin in venous blood group were significantly lower than those in peripheral blood group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,in terms of platelets,the detection value of venous blood group is significantly higher than that of peripheral blood group,and the difference is also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In routine blood routine examination,venous blood routine examination index is significantly better than peripheral blood examination index.It can be suggested clinically to use blood analyzer for routine blood routine examination to further ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of blood routine examination.
