ICU仪器设备管理中项目管理模式的应用

摘    要:目的:研究ICU仪器设备管理中项目管理模式的应用价值.方法:选取2018年1月~2019年6月本院100台ICU仪器设备作为研究对象,对比分析在ICU仪器设备中实施项目管理模式前后的效果,包括设备异常发生情况和医护人员对仪器设备了解程度.结果:实施后设备异常情况发生率低于实施前(P<0.05);实施后医护人员在基础知识评分与操作能力评分上均高于实施前(P<0.05).结论:将项目管理模式应用在ICU仪器设备管理中效果尤为显著,能够减少设备出现异常情况,确保设备使用的安全有效性,延迟设备使用寿命,同时还能够提高医护人员的工作效率与质量,进而为医院创造更多的经济收益.

Abstract:Objective:To study the application value of project management mode in ICU equipment management.Methods:100 ICU instruments from January 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the effects of the project management mode before and after the implementation of the project management mode in the ICU instruments and equipment were compared and analyzed,including the occurrence of equipment abnormalities and the medical staff’s use of the instruments and equipment.Learn degree.Results:The incidence of equipment abnormalities after implementation was lower than that before implementation(P<0.05);the scores of basic knowledge and operational ability of medical staff after implementation were higher than before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the project management mode in the management of ICU instruments and equipment is particularly effective.It can reduce abnormal situations in the equipment,ensure the safety and effectiveness of the equipment,delay the life of the equipment,and also improve the work efficiency and quality of medical staff.Hospitals create more economic benefits.
