| 摘 要： | 目的 比较床旁微创术与开颅血肿清除术对外伤性脑出血救治的疗效。方法 将 86例外伤性颅内血肿患者分为两组 :开颅血肿清除术组与床旁微创颅内血肿清除组 ,每组 4 3例 ,对比两组的治疗效果。结果 微创组术后痊愈率 5 5 .8% ,显著高于开颅组的 30 .2 % (P <0 .0 1 ) ,微创组在手术时间、术后并发症、住院时间等方面均明显优于开颅组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 床旁微创术是救治外伤性颅内血肿快捷而且有效的一种途径。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of bedside micro injury operation and hematoma clearance in treating traumatic intracranial hemorryhage.Methods 86 patients with traumatic intracranial hematom were divided into 2 groups: intracerebral hematom clearance in 43 cases and micro injury operation in 43 cases.Comparison of the therapeutic effect was made between groups.Results The curative ratio of was 55.8% in micro injury group,significantly higher than in hematom clearance group(30.2%,P<0.01).The micro injury was superior to hematoma clearance in operation time,postoperative complication rate and hospitality time.Conclusion Bedside micro injury operation is a minimally invasive and effective way for treating traumatic intracranial hematoma. |
