博利康尼雾化液联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗喘息性支气管炎的疗效观察

目的探讨博利康尼雾化液联合普米克令舒氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月至2012年12月本院收治的喘息性支气管炎患者共92例,随机分为观察组与对照组,根据临床表现、病情合理使用抗生素及对症治疗,对照组在上述治疗基础上给予0.9%生理盐水2ml吸入,观察组给予普米克令舒联合博利康尼雾化液氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗。结果统计学分析结果显示,观察组的总有效率和止咳、祛痰功能均高于对照组,两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论博利康尼雾化液联合普米克令舒氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗喘息性支气管炎临床疗效确切,同时对患者的咳嗽、咳痰症状均有一定的治疗作用,且方便、经济,患者依从性好,值得临床上进一步推广。

Efficacy of the Bricanyl atomized liquid joint Pulmicort Respules nebulized treatment of asthmatic bronchitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Bricanyl atomization combined with Pulmicort the atomizing inhalation therapy asthmatic bronchitis.Methods Our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 atotal of 92 cases of chronic bronchitis patients in our hospital,were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,the rational use of antibiotics and symptomatic treatment based on clinical manifestations,the disease control group 2 ml of 0.9% saline inhalation given on the basis of the above treatment,the observation group were given Bricanyl,Pulmicort Respules combined the atomized liquid oxygen driven inhalation therapy.Results Statistical analysis results showed the efficiency and cough,expectorant function in the observation group were higher,the difference of two groups was significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Bricanyl atomization joint Pulmicort Respules atomizing inhalation treatment of asthmatic bronchitis clinical efficacy,patient cough,sputum symptoms have a certain therapeutic effect,and convenient,economic,and patient compliance good,worthy of further clinical promotion.
