侧位内括约肌切扩术加中药熏洗治疗肛裂的临床疗效观察

目的应用侧位内括约肌切扩缝合术加中药熏洗治疗肛裂的疗效观察。方法将158例肛裂患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组79例采用侧位内括约肌切扩缝合术加中药熏洗法治疗,对照组79例采用后正中切扩术法治疗,观察两组疗效情况。结果治疗组总有效率为96.2%,对照组总有效率为68.4%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论侧位内括约肌切扩缝合术加中药熏洗治疗肛裂具有愈合时间短、疼痛程度轻,疗效高,术后无并发症,对肛门外形无影响等优点。

Curative effect observation of Side internal sphincter cutting expansion and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of anal fissure

Objective To observe side internal sphincter cut suture expansion and in this paper purpose applied traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of anal fissure Methods 158 patients with anal fissure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group 79 examples adopts oblique cut internal sphincter suture technique and method of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy,and the control group,79 cases of treatment by after the middle of cutting expansion technique method,observe two groups of curative effect.Results Treatment group total effective rate was 96.2% ,control group total effective rate was 68.4% .Significant statistical difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Side internal sphincter cutting expansion suture plus traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of anal fissure with light healing time is short,pain degree,high curative effect,postoperative complications,the anal shape the advantages of no effect.
