脂肪抽吸腹壁成形的术后处理及护理体会

目的探讨脂肪抽吸加腹壁成形术的术后处理方法,总结护理体会。方法采用腹壁脂肪抽吸加腹壁成形术进行腹部体型雕塑10例,回顾性总结其临床效果。结果 2006年9月至2012年10月共治疗10例,术中抽吸脂肪量为900～1 500 ml,术后无明显并发症。均获随访,平均6(3～12)月,腹部外形良好。结论腹部脂肪抽吸腹壁成形术,运用得当,护理到位,能获得良好的腹壁体型雕塑效果。

Postoperative Treatment and Nursing Experiences for Liposuction Associate with Abdominoplasty

Objective To discuss the postoperative treatment for liposuction and abdominal plastic surgery, and to summarize the nursing experiences. Methods The clinical results were retrospectively studied in 10 cases underwent liposuction and abdominoplasty. Results During September 2006 to October 2012, there were 10 cases underwent the treatment of liposuction and abdominoplasty. The amount of fat suction was 900 to 1 500 ml. All the cases attained the follow-up with the average of 6 （3 ～12 ） months, and the abdomen contour was good without complication. Conclusion It can get a good effect of the abdominal wall sculpture with the abdominal liposuction combined with the abdominoplasty with good nursing care.
