门急诊预交金模式“一卡通”患者充值情况分析

摘    要:目的:评价医院门急诊患者“一卡通”预交金充值情况以促进信息化管理。方法:通过某医院数据库,提取2012年某月连续5个工作日门急诊患者一卡通信息,对充值金额、充值人群、不同费别充值情况、自助设备充值情况进行分析。结果:有22.02%的充值患者充值金额〉200元,允值人群偏年轻化,自费患者和新农合患者充值次数高于医保患者和其他费别患者,自助充值设备使用人数少。结论:某医院患者“一卡通”预交金模式推广虽取得一定成效,但仍需加大对患者的宣传教育,并提高一卡通管理服务水平。

Evaluation of the E-card Prepaid State of Outpatient and Emergency Patients

Abstract:Objective: To improve information system management by evaluating the e-card prepaid state of outpatient and emergency patients. Methods: Extract the e-card infonnation of outpatient and emergency patients in a successive five workdays of a certain month in 2012 from a hospital infomlation database, and analyze amount of recharge, patient g-roup of rectaarge, recharge state in different types of fee and self-help machine. Results: the proportion of recharge group who recharged over 200 Yuan is 22.02%; Patents of e-card owner are mainly of tow age; Patients at his (her) own expense and of New Rural Cooperative Medical recharged more times than Medicare patients and other kinds of patients. Conclusion: Although the promotion of e-card prepaid payment mode in the hospital has enjoyed some success, more propaganda and education is still needed and an improvement of e-card management services.
