大学新生自我和谐与应对方式的调查研究

目的考察大学新生自我和谐和应付方式特点,并进一步探讨其与应对方式的关系。方法采用《自我和谐量表》及《应付方式问卷》对148名大学新生进行问卷调查。结果①大一新生自我和谐总分符合常态分布;②大一新生主要采用解决问题、求助、退避的应对方式;③高自我和谐组较多使用解决问题、求助等成熟的应对方式,低自我和谐组较多使用自责、幻想、退避、合理化等不成熟的应对方式。结论大学新生采用积极的应对方式有助于自我和谐。

Study on Relationship between Self Consistency and Congruence and Coping Style in College Students

Objective To survey characteristics of self consistency and congruence and coping style, especially the relationship between them in college freshmen. Methods 148 college freshmen were examined by SCES and CSQ. Results ①The score ot self consistency and congruence was distributed in normal curve. ②Solving problem, recourse, backoff were common coping style in the freshets. ③Group of high self consistency and congruence usually made use of solving problem and recourse in one hand, but the group of low self consistency and congruence adopted self-accusation, backoff and rationalization. Cenclusion College fresh- men should use positive coping style to increase self consistency and congruence.
