带锁髓内钉在四肢长骨骨折中的应用

目的：评估临床应用带锁髓内钉治疗四肢长骨干骨折的疗效。方法：1999年3月－2000年6月带锁髓内钉治疗四肢长骨干骨折15人16例次，男12例，女3例，平均年龄31．3岁（15－75岁）。骨骨干骨折3例。转子下骨折2例，胫腓骨骨折11例，肱骨干骨折1例。结果：随访4－20个月，平均10个月，8例已骨性愈合，未出现骨质臂裂，锁钉不中，骨折畸型，钉断裂等并发症，结论：不扩髓，静力固定及早,我负重能使 髓内钉治疗取得了良好疗效。

Application of interlocking intramedullary nails in treatment of shaft fractures of lumb long bones

Objectives: To valuate the therapeutic effect of shaft fractures of lumb long bones with interlocking intramedullary nails Methods: From Mach 1999 to June 2000, 15 cases (12 males and 3 females) who had shaft fractures of lumb long bones were treated with interlocking intramedullary nails The average age was 31 3 years old (range 15~75) In this group, there were 2 cases subtrochanteric fractures, 3 cases femoral fractures, 11 cases tibal fractures and 1 case humeral fracture Results: The average follow up periods was 20 monthes (range 4~20 m) 8 cases have healed There are no such camplications of fractures during the operation as misinserting the screws, nails failure and malunion Conclusions: The results of interlocking intramedullary nails treatment are excellent combining the methods of unreamed nailing, static fixation, early patient mobilization and late wight load
