| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究蛋白同化激素去氢甲基睾丸素的合成工艺。方法 :以去氢表雄酮醋酸酯为原料 ,经格氏反应 ,水解 ,沃氏氧化 ,DDQ脱氢等四步反应制得。结果 :该合成路线不仅收率高 ,产品纯 ,而且无需过柱分离。结论 :该工艺路线适合工业化生产。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:A simple procedure of four steps for the synthesis of methandrostenolone is studied.METHODS:With dehydroepiandrosterone 3 acetate as the raw material,the reactions included grignard reaction,hydrolysis,oppenauer oxidation and dehydrogen by DDQ(2,3 dichloro 5,6 dicyanobenzoquinone).RESULTS:Yields and purity is satisfied.CONCLUSION:This procedure is suitable for industry production. |
