FHIT在子宫内膜样癌及子宫内膜不典型增生组织中的表达

目的 探讨脆性组氨酸三联体基因（FHIT）在子宫内膜样癌及子宫内膜不典型增生组织中的表达及其与临床病理指标的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学（SP）法检测正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜不典型增生、子宫内膜样癌中的FHIT各60例,分析其与临床分期、病理分级的关系.结果 正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜不典型增生、子宫内膜样癌中的FHIT的阳性表达率分别为96.67%、65.00%、35.00%.子宫内膜不典型增生、子宫内膜样癌分别与正常子宫内膜比较,FHIT蛋白的表达均有显著性差异;在子宫内膜样癌中FHIT的蛋白表达与病理分级有关,与临床分期无关.结论 FHIT蛋白为一种肿瘤抑制基因蛋白,可能成为临床判断子宫内膜不典型增生转归倾向的指标.

Expressions of FHIT in Patients with Endometrioid Carcinoma and Endometrial Intraepithelial Neoplasm

Objeetive To study the relationship between expressions of FHIT in patients with endometrioid carcinoma and endometrial intraepithelial neoplasm. Methods Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detect FHIT expressions in 60 specimens of normal endometrium,endometrial intraepithelial neoplasm and endometrioid carcinoma respectively. Results The positive rates of FHIT in the normal endometrium,endometrial intraepithelial neoplasm and endometrioid carcinoma were 96. 67%, 65.00%, 35. 00%, respectively. There existed significant differences of FHIT expression between either of endometrial intraepithelial neoplasm or endometrioid carcinoma and normal endometrium. The protein expressions of FHIT had no links with clinical stages but with pathogenic grades. Conclusion FHIT protein is an important tumor suppressor gene and may be used as one of the indicators for clinical assessment of prognosis in endometrial intraepithelial neoplasm.
