丹参酮ⅡA静脉乳剂对大鼠血液流变学及血栓形成的影响

摘    要:目的研究丹参酮ⅡA静脉乳剂对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学及实验性血栓形成的影响。方法采用大剂量肾上腺素配合冰浴制备大鼠急性血瘀模型,观察血液流变学各指标的变化;采用大鼠动-静脉旁路血栓形成模型,观察丹参酮ⅡA静脉乳剂对大鼠实验性血栓形成的影响。结果丹参酮ⅡA静脉乳剂各剂量组可以不同程度地降低不同切变率(200、305、s-1)下的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数及红细胞刚性指数(P<0.01或P<0.05);可以减轻血栓湿质量(P<0.05)。结论丹参酮ⅡA静脉乳剂可以降低血液黏滞度,减少红细胞的聚集,改善红细胞的变形能力,抑制血栓形成,有活血化瘀的功效。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of tanshinoneⅡA emulsion on hemorheology and the thrombus in rats. Methods The acute blood stasis model was established with high-dose adrenaline subcutaneous injection and the hemorheology was studied; Inhibition rates of tanshinoneⅡA emulsion on experimental thrombus were measured by using the model of artery-vein bypass thrombosis. Results TanshinoneⅡA emulsion could decrease multiphasic hemorheology of rat blood stasis model with different efficiency. These indexes include: blood viscosity, plasm viscosity, packed red cell volume, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index(P<0.01or P<0.05). The emulsion could also reduce thrombus wet weight in rats. Conclusions TanshinoneⅡA emulsion can reduce blood viscosity, inhibit the aggregation of red cell, improve the transform ability function of red cell and depress the formation of thrombosis.
