康复大蒜精丸治疗高脂血症100例疗效观察

目的验证康复大蒜精丸对高脂血症的疗效并考查其安全性.方法145例高脂血症患者随机分为试验组和对照组,采用对比研究的方法,观察两组患者治疗前后的疗效和相关指标的变化.结果试验组对高脂血症的疗效临床控制 显效率为43%,总有效率为91%;优于对照组的24.44%及75.56%(P＜0.05).康复大蒜精丸对总胆固醇、三酰甘油及低密度脂蛋白均有降低作用,对血液流变学指标有改善作用,并有一定的降低体重作用,疗效优于对照组.结论康复大蒜精丸对高脂血症的临床疗效确切,可以降低胆固醇、三酰甘油及低密度脂蛋白,并改善血粘度.

Clinical Observation on 100 Cases of Hyperlipidemia Treated by Kangfu Allium Sativum Oil Capsules

Objective To observe and assess the therapeutic effect and safety of Kangfu Allium Sativum Oil Capsules in treating hyperlipidemia. Methods 145 cases of hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups (treatment group 100 cases, control group 45 cases) randomly, to observe the clinical efficacy and changes of correlational parameters in two groups with control study method. Results The notable effective and total effective rate of treatment group were 43% and 91%, those of control group were 24.44% and 75.56%. There was a significant difference between two groups (P <0.05). Kangfu Allium Sativum Oil Capsules could lower the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, and lower the body weight, improve the parameters of hemorheology, which were better than those in control group. Conclusion Kangfu Allium Sativum Oil Capsules is effective in treating hyperlipidemia. It can lower TC, TG and LDL-C, improve the parameters of hemorheology.
