支气管哮喘与胃食管返流之间关系的探讨

目的探讨胃食管返流(GER)与支气管哮喘之间的关系及制酸药物对GER的作用.方法采用便携式24hpH值自动记录仪对20例哮喘恶者进行六项返流指标监测,10例正常人作对照,并随机抽10例哮喘合并GER患者进行抗返流治疗.结果哮喘组六项返流指标均明显高于对照组,哮喘合并GER的发生率为70%,用H2拮抗剂对l0例合并GER者抗返流治疗,,治疗后各项返流指标明显降低.结论哮喘与胃食管返流之间有密切关系,GER是诱发哮喘发作的一个重要因素,H2拮抗剂对哮喘合并GER者有良好的治疗作用.

A STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEENGASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX AND BRONGHIAL ASTHMA

Objective:For studying the relationship between GER and bronchial asthma and the effect of antacid drugs against GER.Metheod:Six criteria were monitored by portable automatic recorder for 24h.pH value in 20 patients of asthma with a control group of 10 normal persons,10 cases of asthma complicated with GER were taken as random sample and treated with antiregurgitation therapy.Result:All 6 criteria of regurgition were obviously higher than that in the control group.The incidence rate of GER was 70% in patients of asthma.All the criteria of regugitation decreased obviously after treatment of H 2-antigonisis in 10 cases of asthma complicated with GER.Conclusion:There was a close relationship between asthma and GER.GER is an important factor predisposing asthmatic paroxysm and H 2-antigonists have good therapeutic effect upon asthmatic patients complicated with GER.
