椒目的化学成分

目的对椒目(Zanthoxylum bungeanumMaxim.)质量分数为95%的乙醇提取物的化学成分进行研究。方法椒目用质量分数为95%的乙醇溶液回流提取,减压回收溶剂后,得浸膏加适量水混悬,依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,回收溶剂。所得各部分浸膏综合利用硅胶柱色谱S、ephadex LH 20凝胶柱色谱、薄层色谱、重结晶等各种方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果从椒目的乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为:表儿茶素(Ⅰ)、槲皮素(Ⅱ)、24烯环阿尔廷酮(Ⅲ)、辛二酸(Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Chemical constituents from seeds of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.

Objective To study the chemical constituents of the 95% ethanol extract from the seeds of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.Methods The seeds of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.were extracted by 95% EtOH under reflux.The EtOH was evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure.Then the residue was dissolved in water and extracted successively with petroleum ether,chloroform,EtOAc and n-BuOH.The EtOAc extract was further purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column and recrystallization.The structures of compounds were identified by physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis.Results Four compounds are isolated from the EtOAc extract and identified as: epicatechin(Ⅰ),quercetine(Ⅱ),9,19-cyclolanost-24-en-3-one(Ⅲ),octanedioic acid(Ⅳ).Conclusions These four compounds are isolated from this genus for the first time.
