| 摘 要： | 目的 调查2型糖尿病患者治疗控制的现状,分析存在的问题,提出可行的促进方案,以实现糖尿病控制的全面达标.方法 通过自行设计调查表记录所选定的2型糖尿病患者治疗情况和实验室检查的相关指标,对所建立的数据库进行分析,根据所得的结果对本单位2型糖尿病患者的治疗现状做出评价.结果职工2型糖尿病患病率为9.10%.目前本单位2型糖尿病患者近65%血压不达标,空腹血糖达标者不足26%,餐后2h血糖控制更差,仅约6%的患者达标.血脂4项指标有1项以上不达标者约为80%.糖化血红蛋白控制达标者不足42%,使用胰岛素治疗组血糖及糖化血红蛋白控制更差.结论 目前单位2型糖尿病患者的治疗控制现状不容乐观.为控制糖尿病,防止出现急性代谢并发症,预防慢性并发症,提高患者的生活质量,应建立比较完善的以医院为中心,以单位为辅助的糖尿病教育、治疗、管理体系,为患者提供生活方式干预和药物治疗的个体化指导. |
