| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年高血压患者脑白质疏松的严重程度与血压昼夜节律的关系。方法收集在我院体检中心体检的143例老年高血压合并脑白质疏松的患者,进行动态血压监测,根据血压昼夜节律的特点分为杓型、非杓型、超杓型、反杓型,计算各型患者中重度脑白质疏松的发生率,进行统计学分析。结果非杓型、超杓型、反杓型高血压患者的重度脑白质疏松患病率均与杓型患者有显著性差异,而非杓型、反杓型分别与超杓型比较有差异,非杓型与反杓型比较无差异。结论老年高血压患者血压昼夜节律与脑白质疏松的严重程度有一定的相关性,尤其夜间血压较白昼明显下降的患者对脑白质疏松的程度影响最大。
