| 摘 要： | 目的:分析动脉血气缺陷标本所占的比率、类型及其产生原因,探寻提高动脉血气分析前期质量控制的有效措施。方法:对该院2007年1月至2010年12月共314229份样本中的2594份动脉血气缺陷标本进行回顾性分析。结果:4年间血气缺陷标本占总样本数的0.83%;每年血气分析不合格标本所占比率与前一年度比较均呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2594份缺陷样本按原因分类,所占比率依次为:标本凝固(45.2%)、标本量少(22.3%)、气泡多(18.9%)、标识问题(10.3%)、渗入污染(3.3%)。标本凝固几乎占缺陷标本的一半,但呈逐年下降趋势,与2007年比较,2009年及2010年逐年减少(P<0.01),但标识问题、气泡多所占比率却呈上升趋势,与2007年比较,2009年及2010年均上升(P<0.01)。结论:血气缺陷标本所占比率逐年下降,标本凝固是标本缺陷的主要原因,应完善动脉血气标本采集的操作规范与流程,减少缺陷样本的发生。
