一体化背景下长三角护理工作的SWOT分析及策略

目的 探讨-体化背景下促进长三角地区护理工作健康稳定持续发展的策略.方法 在调查研究的基础上,采用SWOT系统分析法对长三角地区的护理工作发展战略进行分析.结果 通过全面的分析,发现长三角护理工作有其自身的优势和劣势,也存在着外部的机遇和威胁.结论 长三角地区护理工作可采取政府主导扶持战略、护理教育科技推动战略、专业化护理品牌战略、护理人才稳定和拓展战略、文化创新及科学管理战略、大力发展社区护理战略.

SWOT analysis and countermeasures about nursing tasks in Yangtze River Delta under the back-groud of integration

Objective In order to know the sustainable and suitable strategy about nursing tasks in Yangtze River Delta under the backgroud of integration. Methods According to the results of inves-tigation, using SWOT method to analyze the development strategy about nursing tasks in Yangtze River Delta. Results The nursing tasks in Yangtze River Delta had their own strengths and weaknesses, the opprotunities coexisted with threaten. Conclusions Based on the analysis, it put forward its strategic countermeasures including government guide and aid strategy, promote by education, science and technol-ogy strategy, specialization nursing and name brand strategy, stabilize and enlarge nursing person with a-bility strategy, nursing management innovation strategy, develop community nursing ,strategy energetically.
