摘    要:目的探讨指状青霉(Penicilliumdigitatum)提取物对大鼠肺及肝原代细胞的DNA损伤作用。方法用指状青霉提取物诱发大鼠肺及肝原代细胞的程序外DNA合成(UDS)。结果指状青霉提取物均可诱发大鼠肺及肝原代细胞的UDS,尤其是对肺原代细胞的作用更为明显(P<0.01)。结论指状青霉提取物对大鼠肺及肝原代细胞DNA有损伤作用,从而证实其对哺乳动物细胞具有明显的遗传毒性。

Abstract:Objective To probe into the effect of extract form Penicillium digitatum on the induced DNA damage byin the primary cells of the lungs and liver of rat. Methods Unscheduled DNA synthesis (UDS) in the primary cells of thelungs and liver of rat.Results The extract could induce UDS in the primary cells of the lungs and liver of rat, and UDS was particularly obvious in the primary cells of the lungs. Conchusion The finding indicated that the extract has the effect of heredo-toxicity on the cells of the mammals.
