针刺治疗颈椎病67例临床观察

目的观察针刺治疗颈椎病的临床疗效及远期疗效。方法将符合颈椎病诊断标准的121例病例按就诊顺序随机分为两组。治疗组采用针刺治疗,10天为1疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。对照组口服颈复康冲剂、依托度酸片,连续治疗30天。结果治疗组总有效率为89.55%,对照组总有效率为70.37%,两组患者治疗疗效等级差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗后6个月对两组临床有效患者进行随访并比较复发率,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针刺治疗各型颈椎病疗效确切,且远期疗效较好,是一种比较理想的方法,值得临床推广运用。

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture for the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of 67 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and long-term efficacy of acupuncture on cervical spondylosis. Methods 121 patients who complied with the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given the acupuncture once a day for successive 1 month. The control group was treated with Jingfukangchongji and etodolac tablets for 1 month. Results The totle effective rate was 70.37% in control group and 89.55% in treatment group,there was statistical difference between the two groups（P 0.01）;then followed up and compared the recurrence rate of patients after treatment for 6 months,there was statistical difference between two groups（P 0.05） . Conclusion Acupuncture has significant efficacy in treating cervical spondylosis,the treatment is worthy of clinical use.
