腹壁整形美容切口在剖宫产术中应用临床分析

目的分析腹壁整形美容切口在剖宫产术中应用的价值。方法回顾性分析50例腹壁整形美容切口与同期行传统切口在手术时间、出血量、新生儿Aparg评分、术后病率、产妇对形体美的满意程度进行分析。结果腹壁整形美容切口增加开腹手术时间，两者出血量、出头困难、术后病率没有差异，在手术后半年对形体美满意度有显著性差异。结论正确掌握腹壁整形美容切口可以满足女性对形体美的要求。

Use of Abdominal Aesthetic and Plastic Incision in Cesarean

Objective To analyze the value of use of abdominal hidden incision in cesarean. Methods We compared the difference in the use of abdominal plastic and cosmetic incision in cesarean with traditional incision in 50 cases. Results There was a significant difference in the satisfaction to the body between the two types of incisions and no difference in the operation time, the amount of bleeding and the Aparg score. Conclusion Correct use of abdominal plastic and cosmetic incision in cesarean can meet the requirements of female beauty.
