不同年龄大鼠血清胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ水平的变化

目的研究不同年龄Wistar大鼠血清胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)、胰岛素(INS)和胰岛素抗体水平的变化。方法采用放射免疫分析法分别测定35只3月龄、12、18和24月龄Wistar大鼠血清IGF-ⅡI、NS和胰岛素抗体水平的变化。结果餐后血清IGF-Ⅱ在3月龄大鼠明显高于12、18和24月龄大鼠(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05)。餐后的INS水平在12、18和24月龄均较3月龄大鼠明显升高(P<0.01)。4组大鼠餐后的胰岛素抗体水平均<5%,为阴性。结论餐后IGF-Ⅱ水平随年龄增长而降低,但在中年以后(12月龄大鼠)则处于稳定水平;餐后的INS水平随年龄增长而升高,中年以后INS也处于稳定水平。

Changes of level of insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ in serum of Wistar rats of different ages

Objective To observe changes of levels of insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ),insulin(INS)and insulin antibody in serum of Wistar rats of different ages.Methods Radioimmunoassay was adopted to measure the levels of IGF-Ⅱ,INS and insulin-antibody in sera of 3,12, 18 and 24 month-old Wistar rats((n=35)).Results The levels of IGF-Ⅱ were increased significantly after meal in 3 month-old rats compared with 12,18 and 24 month-old(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05).The levels of INS were elevated after meal in 12,18 and 24 month-old Wistar rats compared with 3 month-old(P<0.01).The levels of insulin antibody were lower than 5%(negative) in four groups.Conclusions The levels of IGF-Ⅱ decrease with increasing age,but were stable after middle age.The levels of INS increase with increasing age,but were stable after middle age.There might be mutual regulation between IGF-Ⅱ and INS.
