| 摘 要： | 目的研究改良低渗膨胀实验（HOS）筛选活精子行单精子卵胞浆内显微注射（ICSI）的效果。方法比较改良HOS和形态学法筛选精子行ICSI后2组患者的受精率、妊娠率。结果改良HOS行ICSI可获得更高的受精率、妊娠率。结论改良HOS较形态学法筛选活精子行ICSI能获得更好的临床结局。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the outcome of using modified HOS test for the selection viable sperm in patient treated with ICSI.Methods The fertilization and pregnancy rate was compared in two groups: modified HOS group vs morphological group.Results The results in modified HOS group showed a higher fertilization and pregnancy rate.Conclusion The modified HOS test could get better clinic results compared with morphological selection. |
