纳米级二氧化硅N-1、N-2抗疱疹病毒2型效果的实验观察

摘    要:目的观察二氧化硅(SiO2)N-1、N-2抗疱疹病毒2型(HSV-2)作用.方法根据实验病毒感染细胞致病和药物特性,先测定HSV-2的毒力,测算出病毒对细胞的半数感染量(TCID50).再测定药物对细胞毒性,找出药物最大无毒浓度TCDo,最后测定药物SiO2 N-1、N-2对病变细胞(CPE)作用的半数有效剂量.结果SiO2 N-1、N-2对病变细胞(CPE)作用的半数有效剂量,SiO2 N-1 IC50为1/3200,SiO2N-2 IC50为Cm/4即1/8.结论SiO2(N-1、N-2)具有一定的抗疱疹病毒(HSV-2)作用.

Abstract:Objective To observe anti-herpessimplexvirus 2(HSV-2) effect of nanometer class silicon dioxide(SiO 2N-1,SiO 2N-2).Methods The virulence of HSV-2 was determined and the half tissue culture infective dose on cell (TCID 50 )was confirmed. Then the toxin of drug on cell was determined and the maximal nonotoxic concentration of durg(TCD 0) was confirmed. The medium effective dose of SiO 2N-1. SiO 2N-2 on cytopathic effect (CPE) was determined at last.Results The medium effective dose of SiO 2N-1(IC 50 ) was 1/3200 and the medium effective dose of SiO 2N-2(IC 50 ) was 1/8.Conclusion The SiO 2N-1,SiO 2N-2 has the effect of antiherpessimplexvirus 2.
