| 摘 要： | 加强医德医风建设是建设精神文明的重要内容,军队医德医风建设关系到医院乃至每一个医务人员的形象,也关系到军队医院的兴衰存亡。我院在加强医德医风建设上也采取了：实行按级负责的管理机制;坚持行之有效的经验做法;健全完善有关规章制度,坚决纠正医疗服务中的不正之风;使医院管理得到长足的发展。
