细胞色素p22phoxC242T基因多态性与冠心病易感性的Meta分析

摘    要:目的 综合评价细胞色素p22phoxC242T基因多态性与冠心病遗传易感性的关系.方法 全面检索关于细胞色素p22phoxC242T多态性同冠心病遗传易感性关系的原始研究,将符合标准的研究纳入.采用Rev Man4.2及SPSS 13.0软件包进行Meta分析.结果 入选的11组研究累计病例组5 553例,对照组2 973例.基因型(TT+TC)/CC和等位基因(T/C)分布的合并比值比(odds ratio,OR)值分别为0.93(95%CI=0.84~1.02)和0.96(95%CI=0.89~1.04),P>0.05.亚洲人群T等位基因频率显著低于高加索人群和其他人群(P<0.01).亚组分析显示,亚洲人群中基因型(TT+TC)/CC和等位基因(T/C)分布的合并OR值分别为0.81(95%CI=0.69~0.96)和0.85(95%CI=0.74~0.98),P<0.05,高加索人群中基因型(TT+TC)/CC和等位基因(T/C)分布的合并OR值分别为0.97(95%CI=0.84~1.13)和0.99(95%CI=0.88~1.10),P>0.05,其他人群中基因型(TT+TC)/CC和等位基因(T/C)分布的合并OR值分别为1.09(95%CI=0.85~1.40)和1.09(95%CI=0.91~1.30),P>0.05.结论 亚洲人群(TT+TC)基因型和T等位基因对冠心病有保护作用,而高加索人群和其他人群(TT+TC)基因型和T等位基因与冠心痛易感性无关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of cytochrome gene p22phoxC242T and genetic predisposition to coronary artery disease(CAD) with Meta analysis method.Methods Comprehensive retrieving p22phoxC242T cytochrome about polymorphism of genetic predisposition relationship with coronary heart disease,the original standard study was included.The software Review Manager(Version 4.2) and SPSS 13.0 were used for Meta-Analysis.Results Eleven studies including 5 553 patients and 2 973 controls met the selection criteria.Combined OR of genotype(TT+TC)/CC and allele(T/C) distribution were 0.93(95%CI=0.84-1.02) and 0.96(95%CI=0.89-1.04) respectively(P〈0.05).T allele frequency was significantly lower in Asian population than that in Caucasians and other population(P〉0.01),so sub-category study was used.The combined OR of genotype(TT+TC)/CC and allele(T/C) distribution were 0.81(95%CI=0.69-0.96) and 0.85(95%CI=0.74-0.98) respectively in Asian population(P〉0.05),while those were 0.97(95%CI=0.84-1.13) and 0.99(95%CI=0.88-1.10) in Caucasian(P〈0.05),1.09(95%CI=0.85-1.40) and 1.09(95%CI=0.91-1.30) in other population(P〉0.05).Conclusion T allele of the p22phoxC242T polymorphism played a protective role in CAD in Asian population,while there was no relationship between them in Caucasian and other population.
