ABCD2评分预测短暂性脑缺血发作短期进展为脑梗死的价值

目的 探讨采用ABCD2评分法预测短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)短期内进展为脑梗死的价值.方法 按照对TIA的ABCD2评分标准,测定86例TIA患者的评分并观察14天内脑梗死的发生率.结果 ABCD2评分≤3分的TIA患者40例,14天内脑梗死2例,发生率为5.0%;评分4～5分的TIA患者30例,14天内脑梗死8例,发生率为26.7%;评分6～7分的TIA患者16例,脑梗死13例,发生率为81.3%;ABCD2评分4～5分组和6～7分组脑梗死发生率明显高于0～3分组(P<0.05),而6～7分组又高于4～5分组(P<0.05).结论 ABCD2评分值越高的TIA患者,短期脑梗死发生率越高.ABCD2评分法是临床预测TIA短期进展为脑梗死一种简便有效的方法.

Short-term's advancement prediction from transient ischemic attack to cerebral infarction by the ABCD2 criteria

Objective To investigate the value of ABCD2 criteria for the estimation of acute transient ischemic attack（TIA） developing to cerebral infarction in short-term.Methods 86 TIA patients were evaluated according to the ABCD2 criteria.The occurrences of cerebral infarction were observed in 14 days.Results 40 TIA patients scored 3 or less,and the occurrence of cerebral infarction in 14 days was 5.0%;30 TIA patients scored 4 or 5,and the occurrence of cerebral infarction was 26.7%;16 TIA patients scored 6 or 7,and the occurrence of cerebral infarction was 81.3%.The occurrence of cerebral infarction of the two groups with scored 4-5 and 6-7 by ABCD2 were higher than the group with scored 0-3 significantly（P〈0.05）,and the occurrence of cerebral infarction of the group with scored 6-7 was higher than the group with scored 4-5（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The different incidence of cerebral infarction within 14 days after presence of TIA was related to the ABCD2 scores.The higher the score is,and the higher incidence is;the ABCD2 criteria are effective and simple for prediction of the short-term stroke risk after TIA.
