| 摘 要： | In the present research the influence of cimetidine on the development of stress ulcer and decrease of GRPnerves in oxyntic area was sed in rats. I was found that cimetidine not only inhibited the development of stressulces but also inhibited the docrease of GRP nerves in oxyntic area. A marked morphological change also was ob-served in chromogranins --containing cells in adrenal medulla but cimetidine had no influence on the change.The re-
