闭式腹水回收32次分析

自1990年3月以来，对经强化透析超滤不能消除腹水，并在透析过程中不断出现低血压的3例慢性维抟性血透患者，成功地进行了32人闪的静脉腹水回收，其特点是将回收腹水同传统的血透相结合，治疗中腹水被间断或边疆地通过管道泵入透析器或血滤器，在其中同血液一起进行透析，并按腹水回收容量同步地超滤，治疗后患者体力不减，食欲有所增进，血心管功能趋于稳定，因而允许体重下降远远超出了在一般血透情况下的最大值，回收后血浆白蛋白浓度均显著增加。

Intravenous reinfusion of ascitic fluid inHD patients

ince March of 1990,three patients onchronic hemodialysis (HD) with ascites re-fractory to intensive HD and with frenquenthypotension during HD, were treated suc-cessfully with intravenous reinfusing asciticfluid for 32 times. The dialvser and hemofil-ter were shared by HD and reinfusion. Theascitic fluid was pumped into the dialyser orhemofilter continuously or intermittently.The volume of ultrafiltration were decidedby the amount of ascitic fluid reinfused. Af-ter the reinfusions physical strength and ap-petite improved with decrement of bodyweight. Plasma protein level also increasedafter the therapy.
