丙丁酚治疗慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠对残余肾单位抗氧化酶的影响

摘    要:本文使用丙丁酚治疗5/6肾切除(Nx)大鼠,观察它对残余肾单位抗氧化酶的影响,结果发现,丙丁酚不但能改善5/6 Nx大鼠残余肾小球的抗氧化酶活性,SOD和GSH-PX活性均明显升高,代表氧自由基产生的MDA水平下降;而且能使5/6Nx大鼠尿蛋白排泄量减少,肾功能改善及病理上肾小球硬化性病变和小管间质损害减轻,本实验提示5/6Nx大鼠残余肾单位抗氧化酶的缺乏可加速慢性肾功能不全的进展,抗氧化剂-丙丁酚可增强残余肾单位的抗氧化酶活性,结果使5/6Nx大鼠慢性肾功能不全及肾脏病理损害均有改善。

Abstract:o study theeffect of probucol on the antioxidant en-zymes (AOEs) and its role in the rat with5/6 subtotal nephrectomy (Nx), 5/6Nxrats were fed rat chow diet with (5/6 Nx P) or without (5/6 Nx) the addition of 1%probucol. 5/6 Nx P rats had a significant-ly higher activity of glomerular AOEs-SODand GSHPx and lower level of glomerularMDA, and also had a lower proteinuria,higher creatinine clerance. The glomeru-losclerosis and tubular interstitial lesionswere markedly lessen as compared with thatof 5/6 Nx rats. These results indicate theinadequacy AOEs of surviving glomerulimay paly a role in the progression of chronicrenal failure. Probucol had preventing ef-fects on both the renal function imparimentand the histological damage,through its ef-fect on AOEs of glomeruli in rat of subtotalnephrectomy.
