弥漫性肺间质疾病中医证素分布规律的临床文献研究

目的:探讨弥漫性肺间质疾病中医证素分布规律。方法:从中国生物医学文献数据库、中国学术期刊全文数据库和中国中医药文献检索系统数据库,检索近15年弥漫性肺间质疾病文献,筛选整理规范名称,对病性证素与病位证素的分布组合规律进行分析。结果:弥漫性肺间质疾病的病性证素以气虚、血瘀、阴虚和痰为主;病位证素以肺和肾为主。单一病性证素与病位证素组合时,肺气虚最常见;二病性证素组合时,气虚血瘀最为常见,病位多在肺肾;三病性证素组合时,气阴两虚兼血瘀及痰瘀互阻兼气虚较为常见,主要病位在肺肾。四病性证素组合时以气阴两虚、痰瘀互阻较为常见,病位在肺肾。结论:弥漫性肺间质疾病的病位主要在肺肾,病性主要为气虚、血瘀、阴虚和痰,为进一步开展病机及诊断标准的制定提供依据。
