2型糖尿病实验大鼠表征及其证候特征研究

目的:探索高脂饮食加腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)诱发2型糖尿病大鼠的表征及其证候特征。方法:按体质量将30只8周龄SD大鼠随机分为模型组和对照组各15只。模型组予以高脂饮食加腹腔注射STZ35mg/kg,对照组普通饮食加腹腔注射同等剂量柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液。每周观察大鼠表征,检测24h饮食量、饮水量、尿量、体质量、体温和抓力,6周后处死检测血糖、胰岛素、血脂、血液流变学等指标。结果:与对照组相比,模型组形体消瘦、行动减少,毛色黄、耳鼻唇舌颜色淡白、大便黏滞松软、体质量低、抓力弱、血糖高、血液黏稠度高(P<0.05)。结论:高脂饮食加腹腔注射STZ诱发2型糖尿病大鼠第1-6周的表征基本稳定,课题组初步推测模型组大鼠证候特征为前期脾气亏虚证为主,后期痰瘀互阻证为主。

Research on characteristic and syndrome of type 2 diabetic rat models induced by streptozotocin
